In 1939, writer Bill Finger co-created Batman, a character that would become one of the most successful fictional icons in world history...but his cartoonist partner took full credit. In 1974, Bill died poor and unknown to the public. In 2015, defying longstanding odds, another writer succeeded in saving Bill's legacy.

Author and Bethesda resident Marc Tyler Nobleman reveals the backstory behind his obsessive, unprecedented nine-year campaign to correct this cultural injustice - riveting even for those who couldn't care less about superheroes.

It has inspired his book Bill the Boy Wonder: The Secret Co-Creator of Batman, a TED Talk, and the twist-filled feature documentary Batman & Bill. The film is bringing people to tears worldwide and has been called "the most important comic book movie ever made."

Special Thanks to: Andy Fraser of Sandglass for technical and development assistance and Jill Gallagher for logo design.
