Loan Closet, operated by the Kensington Volunteer Fire Department
The KVFD has a very small loan closet that is open 1 hour per week. They take donated items and loan them to people who call 301-929-8000 needing such things. Examples include walkers and other mobility assistance devices. They asked that we not list anybody's name but just list the non-emergency # above; the person who answers the phone can help arrange the pick-up. [Thanks to Toni Ward for this important information!]
